Our company

The activities of Wind Farm Development are concurrent to the renewable energy sources – Wind, Water, Sun and Biomass development. WFD is a very young company, established in the very beginning of 2009. However, this fact does not decrease our determination to rise from the pioneers of Green Energy to the level of companies, which started their activities in Lithuanian market earlier, as well as to get ahead of them and become the topping company of this business field in the Baltic states. 

WFD is closely collaborating with Wind Energy developing veteran companies, established in EU, USA and other world regions, which represent well-known and easilyrecognizable trademarks. 

WFD is a member of European Wind Energy Association (EWEA) and Lithuanian Wind Energy Association (LWEA). 

WFD MISSION – is to as much as possible support the development of Green Energy, as it is the energy, which both preserves the environment, which surrounds us, and already now solves the problems of the future generations. 

WFD VISION – before 2015 to develop four Wind Power Plant Farms in Western Lithuania, the total capacity of which would reach 200 MW. 

WFD PHILOSOPHY – in order to change the World, we should start changing it from ourselves.
